• Elena Anghel, Human Resources Director, SSAB-AG SA
  Elena is an HR professional with nearly 20 years of experience in people management and all core functional HR areas. She began her career in 2004 in military HR fields such as recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, coaching, and youth career orientation. She then transitioned to the private sector, where she spent 15 years as Human Resources Director, managing HR strategies for the largest courier company in Romania, serving approximately 7,000 employees and collaborators through growth phases, the pandemic, and workforce crises. She has also volunteered on youth-focused projects for career orientation and awareness.
• Oana Scarlat, Manager, Trainer, Coach, CEO EXEC-EDU
  Oana has been the CEO of EXEC-EDU since June 2021 and previously worked in marketing and sales, with 17 years of experience in the training industry. She completed development programs at EXEC-EDU and the BLED School of Management (Slovenia) and is a certified Hogan Assessment coach and trainer with Resonanz Kutchera, Austria.
• Sorin Roibu, Managing Partner and Founder of Arthur Hunt Romania
  Since 2006, Sorin has been a seasoned HR advisor specializing in talent and leadership solutions. He is certified in sustainable strategic change leadership and is dedicated to helping organizations adapt to a rapidly changing market, guiding senior leadership to establish their guiding star.
