Business Document Expert (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) – Remote

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Business Document Experts to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems by creating and evaluating professional business documentation. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to design realistic business scenarios and assess AI-generated outputs.

Previous experience with AI is not required. Your business knowledge and document creation expertise are the most valuable qualifications for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic business tasks based on real-world workplace scenarios.
• Develop advanced business documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Design projects involving financial analysis, executive presentations, strategic proposals, reports, and business planning.
• Evaluate AI-generated business documents for quality, accuracy, clarity, and practical value.
• Compare different AI-generated solutions and provide detailed professional feedback.
• Document recommendations to improve future AI performance.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional business experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, presentations, financial models, or business documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance, consulting, healthcare, technology, retail, marketing, HR, operations, or other corporate environments.
• Background supporting executive teams or strategic business initiatives.
• Experience with financial modeling, business analysis, or executive reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools or prompt engineering is considered an advantage but is not required.
• Previous experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations is a plus.
