Are you an experienced bus driver ready for a new adventure in the Netherlands? We’re looking for professionals from across the European Union to join the Qbuzz team in the Zuid-Holland-Noord region (Leiden/Katwijk)!

At Qbuzz, you’ll be a vital part of the community, safely and punctually transporting passengers. You’ll drive modern buses, including innovative vehicles powered by alternative fuels. You’ll get to know the entire province by driving from various parking locations/stations, making your work varied and enjoyable. Whether you’re an experienced driver or determined to become a top professional, 24/7 drive and Qbuzz will guide you on the right path.

• Valid D driving license and Code 95 endorsement.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bus driver (over 1 year of experience is a strong plus!).
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid Medical certificate (we can assist you in arranging this).
• Criminal record check (VOG) from your country of origin.
• Own car for commuting to/from work (accommodation location is Zoetermeer).
• You are stress-resistant, punctual, social, service-oriented, flexible with working hours, and responsible.

• Weekly Net Salary: approximately €550-€750.
• Attractive and competitive hourly wage: From €17.40 gross.
• Irregular hours allowance: Between 15% and 55%.
• Job security: Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week for full-time employees (work schedule of 32-48 hours/week).
• 25 paid vacation days per year (based on 40 hours/week).
• Pension plan from your first day of work (starting at age 18).
• 4-week paid training period: Approximately 32-36 hours per week, with a dedicated mentor driver to familiarize you with routes and procedures.
• Guaranteed accommodation: Single room in Zoetermeer.
• Full support for integration: We assist with obtaining your BSN (social security number), health insurance and medical test.
• A dedicated team that supports you throughout your employment in the Netherlands.
